Senior Cyber Security Consultant

As a Senior Cyber Security Consultant, you play a critical role in our team by solving complex security issues, assisting clients in developing and implementing security strategies, and contributing to improving their overall security posture.

You bring in-depth technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills to navigate leading companies through the ever-changing landscape of cyber threats.

Your Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive security assessments, risk analyses, and vulnerability assessments for clients.
  • Develop and implement tailored cybersecurity solutions and strategies.
  • Advise clients on security architecture, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Lead security projects and coordinate teams to achieve specific security objectives.
  • Educate and raise awareness among clients about current cyber threats and best security practices.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships and act as a trusted security advisor.
  • Stay up-to-date with cybersecurity trends, tools, and practices.

Your Profile

  • A degree in computer science, information security, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in cybersecurity consulting.
  • Profound knowledge in areas such as network security, cloud security, application security, and/or endpoint protection.
  • Experience working with security standards and compliance frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex security issues.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or similar are preferred.
  • Willingness to travel to meet client needs.

Senior Cyber Security Consultant (SIEM)

As a Senior Cyber Security Consultant specialised in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and managing SIEM systems for our clients.
You will work closely with client IT and security teams to ensure their SIEM solutions are optimally configured to identify, analyze, and respond to security threats.

Your Responsibilities

  • Implementing and configuring SIEM solutions to meet the specific needs of clients.
  • Monitoring and analyzing security events to identify potential security breaches.
  • Developing and tuning SIEM rules, dashboards, and reports to improve detection efficiency.
  • Conducting security assessments and audits to evaluate the effectiveness of SIEM implementations.
  • Advising clients on the development and implementation of security strategies and best practices.
  • Training client personnel in the use and management of SIEM systems.
  • Staying up-to-date with cybersecurity trends and technologies, especially in the area of SIEM.

Your Profile

  • A degree in computer science, information security, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity consulting with a focus on SIEM.
  • Deep technical understanding of SIEM technologies and platforms such as Splunk, LogRhythm, IBM QRadar, or similar.
  • Experience in developing correlation rules, alerts, and dashboards.
  • Ability to analyze complex security data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present technical information clearly and understandably.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GCIH, GCIA, or specific SIEM certifications are highly preferred.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites.
